This returns policy applies exclusively to the return or exchange of properly delivered goods. The return or exchange will only take place after prior agreement. In the case of unsolicited returned goods, we reserve the right to destroy them without compensation. Returns are to be reported within 10 working days after receipt of the goods. The goods must have been purchased directly from Innova Vital GmbH and must have been properly stored and handled since delivery. For an approved return, please return the affected items to us safely and well packaged. If a specific residual term is expressly desired for our products, it is necessary to note this on the orders.
- We generally reimburse your returns in the form of a credit note.
- Hidden transport damages, which are reported within 10 days, will be refunded 100%.
- Wrong deliveries will be refunded 100%.
- Incorrect deliveries will be 100% refunded or forwarded.
- Goods that can be proven to have been purchased directly, whose MHD expires, will not be refunded.
- Reduced goods with special conditions or goods from promotions will not be refunded.
- A return due to stock clearance is not possible.
